HumAIn Connection was started by an AI engineer and a translation agency founder who believe the future of language is human + AI, in that order.
Hugo
AI consultant and trainer. Builds the pipelines behind everything we ship: avatars, lip-sync dubbing, multilingual assistants, automation. Teaches teams to use AI hands-on, every week.
Joel
Translation agency founder with a working team of professional translators across European and Asian languages. Leads the human review that makes our AI output trustworthy.
What each founder brings
Hugo Megardon builds the AI workflows and trains teams to use them. Joel leads the language side, drawing on his translation agency experience and professional translator network. Together, they scope the work and connect technical production with human review.
What human review means
For video localization, professional translators review the translated output, check terminology against an agreed glossary and correct the language before delivery. The project scope defines the deliverables, review responsibilities and correction process.
For an AI assistant, human review means checking source material and testing answers before launch, with ongoing review arrangements agreed for the project. It does not mean a person approves every live chatbot response before it appears.
